Call Centre

Comcare’s Call Centre is your first point of contact for all general enquiries. If the Call Centre is unable to answer your question, they will direct your call to the most appropriate person within Comcare.

The Call Centre operates Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5.00pm AEST. For urgent incident notifications outside business hours, you can call the 1300 number and listen for the ‘out of hours emergency contact details’.

Calls made from a standard line within Australia to ‘13’ numbers are charged at the cost of a local call. Calls made from mobiles will be charged at mobile phone rates.

The Call Centre will be closed on National Public Holidays.
