Information publication scheme
The FOI Act establishes an information publication scheme.
Part II of the FOI Act took effect on 1 May 2011.
Comcare will publish a plan showing how it proposed to implement this Part of the FOI Act.
Comcare must publish a range of information including information about what Comcare does and the way it does it, as well as information dealt with or used in the course of its operations.
Other information held by Comcare may also be published.
