While any legally qualified medical practitioner can conduct a permanent impairment assessment under the Comcare Scheme, this directory is a resource for those responsible (typically claims managers) for selecting Comcare trained medical assessors, by state and by specialty.

It contains contact details of medical specialists and other practitioners who have participated in training provided by Comcare in the assessment of claimants under the Second Edition of the Guide to the Assessment of the Degree of Permanent Impairment.
