Claims Services Officers

Claims Services Officers (CSOs) are responsible for managing claims for workers’ compensation, which involves:

  • Effectively managing the injured employee's claim, including making benefit payments and liaising with the employee and their doctor, the employer and the case manager.
  • Conducting regular file reviews to ensure Injured Workers are receiving the correct benefits for their compensable injuries and to assist in returning the Injured Worker back to work or independence.

Clinical Panel
