Important changes to the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 (SRC Act) have come into effect. These changes aim to maintain the financial viability of the scheme, and improve the administration and provision of benefits.

Comcare medical service rates
Comcare reimburses claim related medical and allied health costs in most circumstances up to a maximum rate. For medical costs we pay the Australian Medical Association rate. For allied health costs we may refer to Workcover rates in each State, or recommended fee schedules issued by provider associations.
