Special rates for conference participants have been negotiated with the following accommodation venues. All accommodation bookings can be made at time of registration. When you’ve completed the registration process, a formal confirmation letter will be issued detailing both registration and accommodation information.

Conditions of booking

Bookings made after 20 August 2010 cannot be guaranteed.

For any rooms cancelled seven (7) days less or prior to arrival or where a delegate does not arrive on the date booked, a cancellation fee equal to one night’s accommodation will be charged to the delegate.

*If staying at the Crowne Plaza Canberra a cancellation fee equal to a deposit of one (1) night will be charged to the delegate if any room is cancelled twenty nine (29) days or less prior to arrival.

*If staying at the Novotel Canberra, a cancellation fee equal to one night’s accommodation will be charged if any room is cancelled fourteen (14) days or less prior to arrival.

Rooms are quoted per room, per night and unless otherwise stated, breakfast is not included
