Settlement Guidelines - Section 73A (Pub 48)
These Guidelines govern all actions by licensees ('determining authorities') in settling disputed claims which have been referred to the AAT for review.
The Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Commission publishes the guidelines on its website.
