CIS Help

Introduction

Welcome to Comcare's Customer Information System, CIS.  The CIS provides customers with access to injury management and claims information through a secure website, and can be used to improve the measurement and monitoring of your agencyâs injury management and claims performance.

Access to CIS is granted to duly authorised personnel only.


Using the CIS Help Function

The CIS help function is available both through CIS itself, and also on the Comcare website.

You can choose from one of the topics below, and you can also access these in the menu on the left hand side of this window.

  • Using CIS - for information on using CIS, managing your passwords, frequently asked questions, and access to a CIS Glossary and information on Case Estimates Dates.
