About the ARP Directory

The Directory of Approved Rehabilitation Providers is a resource for those who are responsible (typically case managers) for selecting a Comcare Approved Rehabilitation Provider (ARP) as part of a return to work program for an injured employee.

The directory provides information about rehabilitation providers who are approved under Part III of the SRC Act to provide rehabilitation services and programs to the Commonwealth jurisdiction, licensees, MRCA and Seacare.

ARPs are organisations or individuals with suitable allied health qualifications and occupational rehabilitation expertise. They work in close cooperation with the injured employee, the treating doctors and the workplace to achieve a safe and early return to work following a work related injury.

ARPs must apply to Comcare for approval and ongoing approval is subject to their performance based on the ability to meet Comcare operational standards.

If you need to contact us then email us at rehab.approval@comcare.gov.au or phone Gillian Clarke on 1300 366 979.
