OHS investigations
Comcare has responsibility for conducting investigations under the Occupational Health and Safety Act 1991 (OHS Act).
An investigation may reveal that all relevant duties relating to workplace safety have been met, however, if they have not been met this may lead to a decision regarding appropriate enforcement action.
