OHS Act Amendments

Important changes to the Commonwealth OHS regulatory framework have come into effect. These changes extend the Commonwealth jurisdiction to include ‘non-Commonwealth licensees’; they change workplace OHS consultative arrangements including new provisions for the establishment and operations of health and safety committees and the election of Health and Safety Representatives.
