Comcare Service Charter

This month Comcare launched an updated Service Charter as part of our commitment to providing a high level of service.

The Service Charter provides the benchmarks for what our stakeholders can expect when they communicate and deal with us. We have set ourselves ambitious service performance targets in 2016-17 and will be working hard to exceed expectations and deliver excellence in everything we do.

The Service Charter provides clear service standards for Comcare to achieve its business objectives in the 2016-17 Corporate Plan. Your feedback on our service is a key inclusion to the Comcare Annual Report each year.  We welcome your feedback. It tells us what's working well and allows us to recognise and celebrate outstanding service. It also tells us what is not working well so we can do something about it.
