Comcare services for Queenslanders affected by weather

Comcare recognises that many federal workers and their families in Queensland that are supported by our services, may be experiencing difficulties due to Cyclone Yasi and the recent floods. We understand it may be challenging to communicate with Comcare or attend medical appointments. We have put in place arrangements to ensure no injured worker is disadvantaged.

If you wish to lodge a claim for workers’ compensation, please see Making a claim on our website or contact our Recovery and Support team on 1300 366 979.

If you wish to notify Comcare of a work-related incident, you can submit a notification online on our Incident notification page.

Comcare’s Queensland office, located in Brisbane, is continuing to deliver services to injured federal workers and federal employers in Queensland and our Health and Safety Investigators are contactable on 1300 366 979 at any time.
