It identifies best practice principles for the development of effective health and wellbeing programs and provides an overview of the claimed benefits associated with implementing such programs in the workplace, as well as some of the available evidence for these claims. The report also references guidance material from a number of state and territory jurisdictions.

Scheme employers’ survey
Using the information gained through the literature review, Comcare developed a survey for use with scheme employers to find out how they were integrating health and wellbeing into their workplaces. Some of the initial results from this survey were presented at the 2010 Comcare National Conference and a research brief summarising the survey results will be available shortly.
