Comcare invites approved rehabilitation provider renewals
Approved rehabilitation providers in the Comcare scheme are invited to submit renewal applications by 31 December 2009 for the next three-year approval period, commencing 1 July 2010.
To apply for the renewal, current approved rehabilitation providers will need to complete and send a renewal application form and application fee payment form to Comcare by 31 December 2009.
