The new Comcare website has been developed to meet the needs of all our stakeholders - from OHS and case managers to claimants and service providers. With a raft of new features, the site allows you to easily find information and complete tasks.
Some of the key features of the new website include:
- a subject-based content structure, so that all users can easily find what they are looking for without any prior knowledge
- short cuts for key audience groups including health and safety representatives, OHS practitioners, case managers, rehabilitation providers, medical practitioners and licensees
- a revamped Virtual Office, to help you identify hazards and control risks in your office environment
- single access point for information, guidance and publications on a range of health and safety topics
- clear information on the claims process and eligibility requirements for employees considering making a claim
- a new Directory of Approved Rehabilitation Providers that allows you to search by type of service or location
- a new contact us page, including details about our interpreter services, how to make a compliment or complaint, and how to report fraud
- improved access to forms and publications, allowing you to search by keyword or browse by topic, title or content type
- a dedicated website for the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Commission - www.srcc.gov.au
