
Employers, employees and other stakeholders in the Comcare scheme are invited to submit comments on the proposed guidance on Workplace Bullying.
The guidance aims to clarify employer responsibilities in regard to preventing bullying in the workplace and to provide assistance to employers in notifying Comcare of bullying incidents.
The draft guidance provides advice in relation to monitoring requirements and the notification of incidents under the Occupational Health and Safety Act 1991.

The consultation period closes on 9 March 2009.
