New suitable employment publication online
A new publication, Suitable employment: A guide for rehabilitation case managers, is now available on Comcare's website.
When developing this guide, we shared a draft version at the 2009 Comcare National Conference. We received great feedback from rehabilitation case managers about how we could further improve the draft publication. Rehabilitation case managers reinforced that a publication would be a valuable resource for them as they often find it difficult to provide their injured employees with suitable employment. They requested the inclusion of more practical examples and useful strategies that they could apply in their workplaces.
We incorporated this feedback in the development of Suitable employment: A guide for rehabilitation managers and we hope that rehabilitation case managers will take a look.
