Australian Government - Comcare

Leadership And Accountability Publications

Strong agency executive leadership is critical to improving workplace safety and injury management, and reducing agency premiums. Leaders at all levels must understand their legislative responsibilities and workplace risks before they can implement effective prevention and injury management strategies. This information is designed to assist leaders to meet these responsibilities.

Comcare's leadership information has been developed to meet the needs of three target groups:
  1. Agency heads and senior managers
  2. Corporate and human resource managers
  3. Line managers.

To access the information appropriate to your needs, it is important that you first check the Leadership and Accountability Resource Guide. It provides links to key publications relevant to leaders, outlines the key subject areas to which they relate, describes the type of publication (eg booklet or card) and the intended Target group.

If you have any questions about the leadership and accountability strategy, or for further information on any of the resources, please call Comcare on 1300 366 979 or email Comcare.Pubs@comcare.gov.au.
