Are you a health and safety representative (HSR)?
If so, we're very interested in your feedback.
As a HSR, you play an important role in the partnership between employers and employees on OHS issues.
Comcare is committed to ensuring we provide the highest level of support to HSRs. The following questionnaire gives you the opportunity to provide feedback directly to us on a range of support issues.
The results will be used to tailor our information and support services to meet the varied needs of HSRs in the Commonwealth jurisdiction.
Your privacy
Personal information collected as part of this questionnaire will be used to verify that respondents fall within Comcare's jurisdiction, and the details will be added to a mailing list so that we can provide targeted information directly to HSRs in the future. This information will not be shared with any third-party organisations.
Information that can identify a specific individual will be removed from the questionnaires before they are analysed, and no personal information will be included in any internal or external publications relating to the questionnaire results.
