The OHS helpdesk is provided for the use of members of the Commonwealth OHS jurisdiction. This includes managers, supervisors, employees and health and safety representatives.
Who is in the Commonwealth OHS jurisdiction?

Federal Government Departments, Agencies and Authorities (e.g. Centrelink).

Government Business Enterprises (e.g. Australia Post).

Self-insurers under Comcare's Self-Insurance Scheme (e.g. Optus).
Who is not in the Commonwealth OHS jurisdiction?
Most private companies and State and Territory Public Service organisations.
