OHS consultative arrangements publication suite
In light of the recently introduced legislative changes a suite of information has been released and is now available from Comcare. The suite includes three publications and two key online sources. These contain most of the advice and information you need to cover questions relating to OHS in the workplace.
OHS workplace consultative arrangements (OHS67) designed as a core publication is a 'must read' for anyone involved with OHS. This publication should be read alongside the two related online sources of information; A guide to developing HSMAs and An employer’s guide to conducting an election for a health & safety representative (HSR) in the Commonwealth jurisdiction.
The Health and safety representatives handbook (OHS4) is a guide for HSRs in the commonwealth jurisdiction. Other related information can be found on the Information for HSRs page.
Participating in effective health and safety committees (OHS12) is a guide designed to assist both employers and employees set up and run a range of OHS related committees.
