Following the flood disaster in south east Queensland in January 2011 Comcare has developed some guidance material detailing key considerations for Commonwealth employers and workers.
Commonwealth employers and workers involved in flood recovery must still remember their obligations under the Occupational Health and Safety Act 1991.
