Waste - Employer's duty of care
Workplaces need to ensure hazards and risks associated with waste, particularly hazardous waste, are considered and dealt with along with other workplace hazards.
At each stage of the waste chain, employers have a major responsibility to keep their staff and other people safe from the dangers which can be associated with waste.
