OHS practitioners

Under Commonwealth occupational health and safety (OHS) legislation, the employer has a number of responsibilities relating to duty of care, workplace consultative arrangements and incident notifications.

Safety and prevention

Incident notification

Employers are required to give notice to Comcare of injuries, illnesses or diseases that meet certain notification criteria.
