Confined Spaces
Documents setting out proposed regulations and a draft code of practice were endorsed by the Seacare Authority at their meeting on 29 November 2007. The Minister for Employment & Workplace Relations has agreed to the commencement of the regulatory drafting process. It should be noted that this process may result in changes to the proposed regulations and, consequently, the draft code.
