Proposed New Provisions to Part 6 Occupational Health and Safety (Safety Standards) Regulations 1994 for Asbestos Removal
Comcare is seeking comments on the proposed regulatory amendments to Part 6 of the Occupational Health and Safety (Safety Standards) Regulations 1994. These proposed amendments will regulate the removal and disposal of asbestos and implement, in part, the National Code of Practice for the Safe Removal of Asbestos
