APSC Certificate IV in Government Modules—Values Legislation, Diversity and Policy Implementation

The course fee is $1555 (GST inclusive) and includes course materials, catering and assessment for the Cert IV in GovernmentInjury Rehabilitation Management.

This two-day program is delivered by the Australian Public Service Commission as part of Certificate IV in Government—Injury Rehabilitation Management (PSP40904).

Program objectives:

In line with the Certificate IV in Government—Injury Rehabilitation Management units of competency, these programs will provide participants with the knowledge and skills to:

  • develop an appreciation of accountability within the Australian Public Service
  • gain an understanding of the relevant administrative law and how it informs your daily decision making
  • gain an understanding of the processes involved in identifying, implementing and evaluating policy
  • identify the need for fairness and professionalism in dealing with colleagues and clients alike
  • explore the challenges posed in upholding and supporting the APS Values and Code of Conduct.
