Case management: the next steps
The course fee is $1,050 (GST inclusive) and includes course material and catering or $1,145 with assessment for the Certificate IV in Government—Injury Rehabilitation Management.
This two-day program is designed for case mangers/return to work coordinators who have attended Comcare’s Case Management Essentials course.
Participants will gain practical tools and strategies that they can implement within their organisation to assist in the return to work of injured employees.
Participants attending this program will gain the skills required to:
- monitor and review injury management cases
- manage case directions and outcomes.
Participants will gain a better understanding of:
- the Safety Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988
- the management of complex liability and return to work issues
- early warning signs which indicate that a claim may become protracted.
Please bring a summary of a complex claim and your organisation’s return to work policy to the workshop for group work.
To attend this program you must have attended Case Management Essentials and have practical rehabilitation case management experience.
