Licensees

The Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 (SRC Act) enables certain Commonwealth authorities and eligible corporations to apply to the Commission for a license to self-insure their workers’ compensation liabilities and/or claims management. These organisations also automatically transfer to the Commonwealth's work health and safety legislation.
