A Rehabilitation Delegates Guide to Case Management

Overview

The rehabilitation case manager's role under the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 (SRC Act) is pivotal to a sustainable return to work outcome. This course provides new case managers with information to support them perform their role within the Commonwealth Jurisdiction, including Comcare's injury management and return to work models as well as return to work procedures and practices.

Audience

This course is aimed at those with rehabilitation case management responsibilities.

NB: As this course builds the foundation for a case managers understanding of their role under the SRC Act, it is strongly recommended that participants have attended 'SRC Act in a Day' prior to enrolment. This course does not focus on the details of the SRC Act legislation.
