About Virtual Office
Virtual Office is a risk management tool to help you identify hazards and control risks in an office environment.
It is designed to assist persons conducting a business or undertaking (PCBU), workers and health and safety representatives (HSR’s) operating under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (Cth) (WHS Act)..
It can be used when:
- developing and reviewing your health and safety policies
- developing practical solutions for applying the risk management principles of the Work Health and Safety Code of Practice 2011 (Cth) – How to Manage Work Health and Safety Risks
- looking for specific guidance on common objects or hazards found in the workplace.
Virtual Office uses a cross section of typical rooms found in an office environment. Where appropriate, Virtual Office provides links to relevant publications, guidance material and legislation.
