On 11 April 2019 the Australian Government assumed a caretaker role, with an election to be held 18 May 2019.
Information on websites maintained by Comcare will be published in accordance with the Guidance on Caretaker Conventions until after the election and conclusion of the caretaker period.

  • CIS case manager update (SRC 022)

    This form is used to create a new case manager, replace a previous case manager with a new case manager, or update details of an existing case manager in Comcare’s Customer Information System (CIS).



 

  • CIS cost centre update (SRC 024)

    This form is used to create a new cost centre or update an existing cost centre in Comcare’s Customer Information System (CIS).
