New guidance for labour hire (News)

Safe Work Australia have published "Labour hire: duties of persons conducting a business or undertaking".

The guide provides information involving the supply of workers (labour hire PCBUs) to work for another business or undertaking (host PCBUs) on complying with their health and safety duties under the model Work Health and Safety (WHS) laws.

As Safe Work Australia identify, labour hire arrangements can be complex. This 7-page Guide covers the:
