How to register for training
Face-to-face training suspended
It is with regret that we have suspended delivery of all face-to-face training and events. This is in response to the unprecedented outbreak of the novel coronavirus, COVID-19.
Comcare has taken decisive action to reduce the risk of transmission through its face-to-face training and events.

Register with Comcare LMS
If you already have an account:
- select a link to a face-to-face training course or a digital learning module and login to Comcare LMS to register, or
- login to Comcare LMS and browse learning modules.
To login, enter your username, which is your email address, and password.
We are working on further building Comcare LMS to bring you a contemporary learning program through an expanded content library, digital classrooms, communities of practice and coaching and mentoring.
Course fees are inclusive of GST and include course material and refreshments.

The registration form becomes a tax invoice.
Payment is required at the time the course is confirmed. Payment for scheduled training courses is by VISA or MasterCard only.
After we receive your registration
A response will be sent to the email address provided on the registration form confirming we have received your application.
Formal notification that the course will proceed is sent to participants 10 business days before the scheduled course date with venue details.
A text message is sent the day before training.
Terms and conditions
As a general rule, registration for courses will be accepted up to 10 working days before the course date.
This is to allow for our administrative processes to be completed and to finalise numbers for the training venues.
A request for late registration should be sent to email@example.com with a reason for the request. This is assessed on a case by case basis.
Requests for late additions within three days of training will not be accepted.
Cancellation and non-attendance policy
Cancellations are accepted in writing, up to 10 business days before the scheduled course date. After that date, the full course fee is payable.
Refunds will not be given, but a substitute participant is welcome to attend in your place.
Non-attendance on the day will result in the forfeiture of course fees.
In the event of non-attendance due to exceptional circumstances, participants may apply in writing (email is acceptable) to reschedule to a later course. Please see below for exceptional circumstances.
Comcare will only grant rescheduling to a new course in exceptional circumstances. These are:
- Medical: where a participant's medical condition has changed to such an extent that he or she is unable to attend. This must be supported by medical evidence.
- Significant and unforeseen circumstances that prevent the participant from attending the program. This will be assessed by Comcare on a case by case basis.
Exceptional circumstances will not include unanticipated workload demands.
Evidence supporting the claim for rescheduling may be requested before a reschedule will be considered.
If rescheduling is approved, a $50 re-registration fee will apply and a new registration form will be required.
Comcare reserves the right to cancel, postpone or re-schedule training programs due to low enrolments or unforeseen circumstances.
Comcare may also change fees, dates and locations at its discretion. Comcare will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to participants of these changes.
