Building employer capability - Research theme

For: Employers and managers Information seekers

This research investigates ways to support employers to implement new and better models and practices, with an aim of enabling safe and healthy work.

Why this research is important

This research identifies obstacles and barriers preventing employers from adopting new or better work practices. It also looks at supports and information employers need.

This research is important because it helps organisations better meet their work health and safety duties and responsibilities, and their ability to implement better-practice models to support employees.
