Organisational structure

Comcare is part of the Minister of Employment and Workplace Relations, the Hon Amanda Rishworth MP.

Comcare’s Chief Executive Officer is Colin Radford.

Our organisation is structured into 7 groups:

• Strategy Office - General Manager, Michael Duke
• Claims Management Group - General Manager, Lachlan Vivian-Taylor
• Corporate Group - Chief Operating Officer, Leanne Blackley
• Legal Group - General Manager, Louise Close
• Regulatory Operations Group - General Manager, Justin Napier
• Scheme Management Group - General Manager, Megan Buick
• Strategic Partnerships and Engagement Group - Acting General Manager, Martin Horrocks.

The Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Commission and Seacare are also a part of the portfolio.
