Governance and accountability

Comcare is required by the Australian Government to adhere to relevant legislation, to produce a corporate plan and annual report, and to report on activities.

Annual report

The annual report informs the Parliament, our partners, customers and the public about our activities and how we are performing.

Corporate plan

Our Corporate Plan provides Parliament, the public and our clients and stakeholders with an understanding of our purpose, roles and responsibilities, strategic priorities and key activities, operating context and how we will measure performance.

Service charter

This is Comcare's commitment to the standards of service you can expect from us. It also explains the steps you can take if our service standards are not met.

Gifts and benefits register

Comcare reports on gifts and benefits as part of Australian Public Service Commission guidelines for Australian Government agencies.

Senate Order for entity contracts

In line with the Senate Order for Entity Contracts, Comcare is required to publish twice a year on its website a list of all current contracts with a value of $100,000 or more.

Statement of Intent

Comcare is a work health and safety regulator. Government expectations on how we regulate are set out in our Ministerial Statement of Expectations. Our Regulator Statement of Intent confirms how we will deliver on these expectations.
