Corporate plan
The Corporate Plan is our primary external planning document that provides Parliament, the public and our clients and stakeholders with an understanding of our purpose, strategy, operating context and performance measures and targets.
Corporate plan overview
The Corporate Plan is based on the Comcare Strategy 2028, which sets our strategic direction to focus on preventing work-related injuries and delivering better return to work outcomes to achieve our purpose, to promote and enable safe and healthy work.
We report our performance against the commitments in our Corporate Plan externally though our Annual Report, which includes our Annual Performance Statements and Financial Statements.
