Health and Safety Representative (HSR) network registration

This form provides a way for individual HSRs to notify Comcare of their consent to be part of a regional HSR network. By registering you accept that your contact details will be incorporated into an open address group that will be accessible to all network members. This allows you to contact other HSRs for discussions.

By submitting your name and contact details below Comcare may contact you via email to seek your feedback, and advise of upcoming events including regional network meetings. Events will allow HSRs to interact with other HSRs and discuss topics of interest as well as identifying how Comcare can further assist HSRs in performing their function.

Your attendance at any events or forums is subject to your employer releasing you to attend.
