Updated handbook for Commonwealth Health and Safety Representatives

The Comcare Health and Safety Representative (HSR) Handbook has been revised to reflect recent amendments to the Commonwealth work health and safety (WHS) laws and updates to the Safe Work Australia Worker Representation and Participation Guide.
