About the report
- Description: Provides details of all case managers Comcare has listed against a particular agency.
- Access level required: Management level access.
- Export options: .pdf and .rtf
- Benefits: This report assists the agency in managing their Comcare Case Managers, and maintaining currency of their contact details. This is also utilised for Case Manager Audits.
- Parameters: This report represents all active case managers for the agency.
Fields in the report
|Customer||The agency that the case manager represents.|
|Case Manager No.||The unique identifier of the case managers profile within Comcare's database.|
|Title||The title of the contact on the case manager.|
|Given Name||The given name of the case manager.|
|Surname||The surname of the case manager.|
|Tel. No.||The phone number of the case manager.|
|Fax. No.||The fax number of the case manager (where available).|
|Address||The mail address of the case manager.|
