Psychosocial risk assessment tool for workplaces

For: Employers and managers Information seekers

People at Work is a free evidence-based resource to help workplaces in all industries manage risks to the psychological health and wellbeing of workers.

Manual version

The People at Work resource is currently a manual, step-by-step process that employers can use to identify, measure and control risks to psychological health at work.

The manual tool is currently downloadable on the Workplace Health and Safety Queensland website.

Digital version

Comcare is currently working closely with other Heads of Work Safety Authorities to develop a digital version of the People at Work tool.

The digital version will provide employers with a free online psychosocial risk survey for employees, a tailored psychosocial risk factors report based on the survey results and links to guidance on controls for any areas of concern. This will save employers time and money and lead to better psychosocial risk management processes.

The digital version of the tool is scheduled to be completed around December 2020 with an official launch by Workplace Health and Safety Queensland in February to March 2021.
