This session will:
- explain how work design can be used as a practical risk management process by people at all levels within organisations
- give a brief overview of SMART work design and provide examples of approaches that mid-level managers and team leaders can use to improve work design
- step through a case study that showcases how to use SMART work design.

Before Blue Employer Information Session
23 September and 22 October 2025
Comcare held exclusive interactive information sessions with Beyond Blue, where participants learned more about the Before Blue service—an evidence-based early intervention mental health program designed for employees to provide the tools and support they need to manage stress, build coping strategies, and enhance their overall mental wellbeing.
Participants:
- learned about the Before Blue service and why it works
- heard a success story from a Commonwealth employer
- found out how easy it is to get started.
