Two-factor authentication for Comcare portals

Comcare is making security improvements to its online portals, including the Employer Portal, Employee Portal, Workplace Rehabilitation Provider (WRP) Portal and LMS.

Two-factor authentication will be required for all of these portals.

This means you'll need to enter a code or respond to a notification whenever you sign in to your account.

Users will be prompted to register for two-factor authentication when they sign in from the following dates:

• Friday 13 June – Employer Portal
• Friday 20 June – Employee Portal
• Tuesday 24 June – Workplace Rehabilitation Provider (WRP) Portal
• Friday 27 June – LMS Portal

You only need to register for two-factor authentication once. If you have already registered, no action is required.

You can set up two-factor authentication with the Okta Verify app, Google Authenticator app or your mobile number.
