Psychosocial risk management This workshop focuses on preventing psychological harm to workers using a risk management approach. Participants will consider potential hazards that arise from work related stress, job design, organisational change and poor workplace relationships. TOOCS - Type of occurrence classification systems This workshop aims to develop the skills and knowledge needed to apply the Type of occurrence classification systems (TOOCS) classification codes in relation to health and safety incidents in the workplace. Please note: Participants must bring a copy of Type of Occurrence Classification Systems, 3rd Edition, Revision 1 to the course. Workers’ compensation payroll This workshop provides participants with a basic understanding of the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 (SRC Act) and builds knowledge about the information Comcare requires from premium paying agencies when determining claims for workers' compensation leave (incapacity payments). Workplace rehabilitation providers (WRP) This workshop provides WRPs knowledge of the health benefits of good work, early intervention and rehabilitation assessments, programs, and work trials under the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 (SRC Act). Participants will reflect on concepts learned in the eLearn: Workplace rehabilitation provider course and be provided opportunities to practice skills, embed knowledge and explore workplace scenarios.
