Registration
To register for a course, simply complete the registration form:

Terms and Conditions
Fees
- Half day calendar course - $350.00
- 1 day calendar course - $750.00
- 2 day calendar course - $1,200.00
- In-house / Organisation training - Quote available on request.
All course fees are inclusive of GST, and include course material and refreshments.
Please note: The registration form becomes a tax invoice.
Payment information
Payment is required at the time of course confirmation. Payment for calendar courses is by VISA or MasterCard only.
Acknowledgement of Registration
A response will be sent to the email address provided on the registration form confirming receipt of your application.
Formal notification that the course will proceed will be sent to participants 10 business days prior to the scheduled course date with venue details.
A SMS message will be sent the day prior.
Cancellation and non-attendance policy
Cancellations are accepted in writing, up to 10 business days prior to the scheduled course date. After that date, the full course fee is payable.
Refunds will not be given, but a substitute participant is welcome to attend in your place.
Non-attendance on the day will result in the forfeiture of course fees.
In the event of non-attendance due to exceptional circumstances, participants may apply in writing (email is acceptable) to reschedule to a later course. Please see below for exceptional circumstances.
Exceptional circumstances
Comcare Education and Engagement will only grant rescheduling to a new course in exceptional circumstances. These are:
- Medical: where a participant's medical condition has changed to such an extent that he or she is unable to attend. This must be supported by medical evidence.
- Significant and unforeseen circumstances that prevent the participant from attending the program. This will be assessed by Comcare Education and Engagement on a case by case basis.
Exceptional circumstances will not include unanticipated workload demands.
Evidence supporting the claim for rescheduling may be requested before a reschedule will be considered.
If rescheduling is approved, a $50.00 re-registration fee will apply and a new registration form will be required.
Other conditions
Comcare Education and Engagement reserve the right to cancel, postpone or re-schedule training programs due to low enrolments or unforeseen circumstances.
Comcare Education and Engagement may also change fees, dates and locations at its discretion. Comcare Education and Engagement will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to participants of these changes.
