Claims Managers and other stakeholders are invited to join us for Comcare's next Claims Manager forum for 2021.


About the forum

This online event is your opportunity to hear about the latest initiatives and legislative changes occurring across the Scheme. The forum is intended to promote a consistent approach amongst claims managers in the scheme to applying the SRC Act.

Comcare's Legal Advice and Strategy team will provide updates on scheme significant litigation matters, with a particular focus on the operational effects for decision makers. We will also provide an update on the development of the new Permanent Impairment Guide. As always, your questions will be welcome.

The forum will only be available to view live, so make sure to register.

Claims managers in the Comcare scheme virtually attended the first forum for 2021. Scheme Policy and Design provided an overview on initiatives and legislative updates including applying the interval and interlude test, and the application of Reasonable Administrative Action exclusions.
