RCM Capability - Resource Map

The Rehabilitation Case Manager (RCM) Capability - Resource Map is structured to align with the RCM Core Capabilities [PDF,121KB]. It provides links to Comcare's key guidance and support that assists RCMs in achieving the best possible outcomes for injured employees.

Clicking on the capability that you are interested in will provide a list of key guidance and support available relating to that capability. This list is grouped according to its format and includes face-to-face training, core documents, guidance, webpages, videos and forums. The guidance and support may assist an RCM in their professional development and training needs (for example, attending face-to-face training with Comcare) but also guides Case Managers to legislative instruments (section 41 guidelines) and better practice (through publications or video presentations from subject matter experts).
